Hardstaff Barriers has maintained its prestigious FORS Gold status for another year, in recognition of the company’s ongoing commitment to fleet safety, efficiency and environmental protection.
The leading manufacturer and supplier of vehicle restraint systems (VRS) and security barriers, first received Gold accreditation in the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) in 2019.
The company has maintained its Gold status – the highest level that can be reached- thanks to its consistently high standards in fleet safety and operation.
FORS is a voluntary accreditation scheme that promotes best practice for commercial vehicle operators, and Gold is only awarded to exceptional operators who have met exacting targets.
Wes Baker, Fleet and Logistics Manager, at Hardstaff Barriers, who is also a certified FORS Practitioner, said: “We’re delighted to have maintained our FORS Gold status for another year.
“We work tirelessly to ensure that our fleets are operated efficiently, safely and without impacting negatively on the environment.
In recent years, Hardstaff Barriers has achieved significant improvements through the FORS scheme, including reductions in fuel use and reduced CO2 emissions, as well as lowered NOx and Particulate Matter emissions.
